1. Account & Access

• You may browse the app as a guest.

• To read or listen to summaries (including the free daily book), you must create an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
  
  
  

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription Plans

• We currently offer:

  • Monthly Plan – auto-renews every month.

  • Annual Plan – auto-renews every year.

• Exact prices are displayed in local currency within the app store (Apple App Store, Google Play, or Nosis web).
  
  
  

Free Trials & Freemium Access

• New users may be eligible for a 3-day free trial, which auto-converts to the chosen paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.

• After cancellation or expiry, free users may still access 1 free book per day.
  
  
  

Billing & Auto-Renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID, Google Play account, or Nosis web account at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.

• Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  
  
  

Cancellation

• Apple (iOS): Cancel or manage subscriptions via your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled solely by Apple.

• Google (Android): Cancel or manage subscriptions via your Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled solely by Google.

• Web (nosisapp.com): Cancel via your Nosis account settings. Refunds, if any, are handled through the payment processor at our discretion.

⚠️ Important: If you subscribed via Apple or Google, you cannot cancel via the Nosis website — you must cancel through the respective platform.

Restore Purchases (iOS only)

• If you reinstall the app or switch devices, you can restore your existing subscription using the “Restore Purchases” button.

3. Use of the Service

• You may use Nosis only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• You may not copy, download, screenshot, redistribute, or commercially exploit Nosis content without prior written consent.

• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass security measures is strictly prohibited.
  
  

4. Intellectual Property

• All book summaries, content, and technology provided through Nosis are the exclusive property of Upturn Consultancy LLC.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Nosis in accordance with these Terms.

• All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.
  
  

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Nosis content is created for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice.

• We make no guarantee of uninterrupted availability of the Service.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nosis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
  
  

6. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

• You may stop using Nosis at any time by deleting your account.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

• Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Sharjah, UAE.

8. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time.

• If material changes are made, we will notify you via the app or by email.
