Nosis provides audio summaries across Android, iOS, and the web platform.

• Background playback on iOS follows Apple system audio session rules

3. Advertising and Rewarded Features

Nosis displays advertisements and offers rewarded content unlocks on the Android app, iOS app, and web platform.

• Advertisements are non personalized
• Ads are served using Google advertising technologies and native ad formats
• Advertising identifiers and related signals may be used for delivery, frequency control, measurement, and fraud prevention
• Advertising data is not used to build personal user profiles

On iOS, Nosis does not track users as defined by Apple. This means we do not link user data with third party data for targeted advertising or for advertising measurement across apps and websites owned by other companies.

To operate Nosis across Android, iOS, and the web platform, we use third party services in categories such as:

• Authentication and identity services
• Analytics and diagnostic services
• Push notification delivery services
• Subscription and entitlement management services

Only the minimum data required is shared. Service providers are required to protect personal data and use it only for defined purposes.

You can delete your account directly within the Nosis app.

When an account is deleted:

• Access to subscriptions and paid plans is not automatically cancelled upon account deletion. Users must cancel any active subscription separately through their account settings or the relevant app store before deleting their account.

• Account and profile data is removed from active systems

• Certain records may be retained where required by law, security, or dispute resolution

• Analytics and diagnostic data may remain only in aggregated or deidentified form where feasible

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access personal data
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of personal data
• Restrict or object to certain processing
